Set aside some time for yourself

by | Dec 21, 2017

One of the biggest gifts we can give ourselves is time to tune in.

We find clarity, resolve, and a chance to connect to our deepest inner peace and knowing.

However, one of the biggest challenges is actually making time for this.

It becomes “easy” to not make that time or to let it slip by because of work, busy schedules, family, or the black hole of screen time. This all just creates a deeper need to tune in.

Winter is a wonderful time to do this. According to Chinese Medicine, winter corresponds with the Water Element, which allows us to turn inwards towards our deepest selves. Nature, plants, and animals rest in stillness, and remind us to do the same. It is a time to reset our nervous systems, as our energies are called to tune into the depths of our beings.

For many of us though, this is also a time of heavy socializing and hustling to finish things up before the end of the year.

So it is even more important to set aside some time for yourself to be quiet and go deep.

If you are feeling the need to take advantage of this natural time to tune in, please join me for my Online Group Healing Session “Let it Go, Let it Flow.” We will use the power of the group to support each other in accessing the depths, darkness, and wholeness of our beings to emerge with light in 2018.

I have been teaching internationally for the past 20 years, practicing energy medicine for 10 years, and have been leading group healing work for the past 18 months. I am thrilled to finally share this work online.

“Let It Go, Let It Flow” happens on Friday, December 29th at 2:00pm EST; however, if you can’t make it live, you can access the video recording afterwards and watch it at anytime for the same effects…once the kids have fallen asleep or after your family, roommates, partners, etc. have left the room!

Please give yourself enough time to sign-up early and download the Zoom App if you don’t have it already. You’ll get an email a few hours prior to the session to access the video meeting.

If you have any questions, be in touch. Wishing you a peaceful weekend, and I look forward to seeing you online or in-person very soon!

With love,
Michelle

*P.S. This is a wonderful, easy-to-shop-for holiday gift for your loved ones!

Mini-session for Tuning In

1)   Emotional Release of Worry from the Bladder

BioGeometry BioSignature for Yin feminine fertility

-TAP OUT-

Take deep breaths while you tap over your 3 Brain Centers–head, heart and gut. As you release unprocessed Worry from the Bladder (Yang), it can do its natural job of cultivating support and gentleness in your system. We balance this with the BioSignature for Yin feminine fertility to support the spiralic nature of your creative, feminine energy. Beautiful!

And remember, it always helps to Tap Out Your Cortices.
You can do it along with the video, teach a friend, or have someone else tap out your Cortices.
Enjoy!
