Let’s Get Uncomfortable!

The path of least resistance isn’t always your ticket to transformation.

Resistance is what stops change in a person’s life.

And, resistance is the exact thing a person must examine closely for change to happen.

So how do you that?

Get uncomfortable!

When you try to change something, whether it’s to bring more intimacy into your relationships, find a romantic partner, increase your prices, or commit to a dream that keeps coursing through your imagination, you must step out of your comfort zone.

If it’s all easy peasy, you’re likely not changing anything or reaching high enough.

Discomfort and fear can be a good sign. It’s evidence that you’re challenging all of your programming that has kept you safe and alive up until this very moment, but doesn’t like it when you try something different.

It’s your job to learn how to lean into that fear or discomfort, in service of reaching your dreams.

And believe me, you can do it!
