30 Days to Tap It Out!

by | Jun 6, 2018

It’s usually easier to stick to our plans and goals when other people are involved.

That’s what friends are for!

So I’m inviting you to join me for 30 Days of Tapping out your Cortices or the full BodyTalk Access* routine if you know it.

Cortices (video link is here) is one of the most powerful brain-balancing, stress-reducing tools out there.

Doing Cortices for 30 days amplifies its power, as the effects of the technique are cumulative. And it only takes about 2 minutes!

Part of my inspiration for this came from the fact that I have failed (full disclosure 😎) in a goal I set out for myself to tap my Cortices and the BodyTalk Access routine* everyday over the past few weeks.

I know that tapping out my Cortices everyday literally makes my brain function better and makes a huge difference in my ease, clarity, performance, and overall well-being.

That’s why I’ve started every dance class I’ve taught in dozens of cities all over the world with this technique for the past 10 years.

I’m also currently spending 4 weeks in South America, and BodyTalk is my go-to for adjusting to new climates, altitudes, food and water, etc. (After some personal experience, I prefer to just say no to digestive bugs.)

I’ve created a Facebook Group so you can join the action, post comments, ask questions, share photos, stay inspired, invite friends, and all those things.

I’ll post more information in the Facebook Group on how Cortices works, and I’ll do a few little mini-group sessions over the next 30 days.

Jump in for a full 30 days or even 5 or 10. I’ll be there the whole time tapping away.

Accountability is everything!!

I’ll see you in the group.

Big love,
Michelle

*BodyTalk Access is a set of 5 BodyTalk techniques, Cortices being the first one, that you can tap out on yourself or family and friends. You learn the techniques in a 1-day course, which will be happening in the NYC area before long. Stay tuned.
